In the first quarter of 2017, Tuzla International Airport has recorded 24,77% increase in passengers. Total of 78.336 passengers used the airport in the first quarter of the year, an increase of 15.565 passengers comparing to the first quarter of 2016. The increase in fueled by the new routes Wizz Air introduced from Tuzla: London Luton and Billund in October 2016 and Berlin in December of 2016. With the second Airbus 320 based at the airport, from the month of April on, will see an increase over 100,00 % in passengers.
